Conditions of participation

The registration of participants is made on the basis of filling  form "Application for participation in the exhibition". The application will be certified with the stampраз and signature of the manager and sent to specified communication channels. Applications for participation are submitted no later than 15.04.2019. Applications are satisfied if there are free areas.

Аpplication with information in the official exhibition catalog is submitted separately, but not later than 16.04.2019.

Registration fee. The Exhibitor pays a registration fee - 15,000 rubles (posting information about the Exhibitor in official exhibition catalog, participation in events of the Pacific Tourist Forum, which do not require an official invitation).

Participation in the stand. Standard stand (9 sq.m.) is constructed from the equipment of two firms: Consta and Ostanorm, includes 1 table, 2 chairs, electrical outlet, floor covering, 220V power supply, name of the Exhibitor (inscription on frieze), general cleaning in the hall and his protection during non-working hours (from 18.00 to 09.00). The price for 1 square. m. of stand area - 8 700 rubles.

The cost of the stand in the foreground is 20% surcharge, the corner stand is 10% surcharge.

Absentee participation. Price for this participation - 15 000 rubles, includes placing of information about the Exhibitor at the stand "Correspondence participation" and in exhibition catalog (up to 15 lines).
